General information: Welcome to our beautiful, luxury villa. Expertly managed and beautifully maintained, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 10. It is located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac in an up-market development, but is only minutes drive from the main road, with all the local attractions, restaurants and shops which make Kissimmee so popular. (Your local Walmart is huge). The villa has beautiful lake views - perfect as you relax in the pool or bask in the sun. There is plenty of comfortable patio furniture for your use, and feel free to try out our large gas BBQ. The weather is beautiful all year round, but should you wish to visit during the cooler winter months, additional pool heating can be arranged.

Lounge: The main features of the lounge are the 57

Kitchen: The clean, bright kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer but also has a dishwasher, toaster, coffee and ice makers. There is a breakfast nook with a table seating 4. The adjacent utility room contains the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board, and has access to the garage. This is home to your Games Room, with full size pool and air hockey tables. There is plenty of seating while you watch the match or wait to take your turn.

Bedroom(s): The Master Bedroom has a truly luxurious king size bed. It also has TV and ample storage in the matching dresser / chest of drawers and bed side cabinets. Through the en-suite bathroom is a large, walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and TV, and the third and fourth bedrooms are both twins with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 also has TV. Finally, we would like to welcome your baby to our villa: for your ease, and baby's comfort, we have provided a cot (with bedding), high chair, baby booster seat and stroller.

Bathroom(s): The main bathroom is en-suite to the Master bedroom and has a walk in shower, bath, vanity unit and toilet. The second bathroom has similar facilities and both are light, airy and fully tiled. We also provide hair driers.

Florida is known as the 'Sunshine State' and is home to the Walt Disney World Resort, with all its thrills, rides, shows and water parks. With beautiful weather and a host of major attractions, it is the perfect location for a family holiday - all year round. Disney World is a 10 minute drive away, and has enough to keep the entire family occupied, big kids and small alike, for your entire holiday. There are restaurants to suit every taste bud and budget, and shopping malls galore for the shopaholic. With a beautiful villa and your own pool, you need never leave Orlando. However, should you wish to travel further afield, Interstate 4 (I4), which runs right across Florida, is only 10 minutes drive away, and the Florida Turnpike (US1, which runs from the Florida Keys up the east coast of America) is only 15 minutes away. With nearby sun kissed beaches (Cocoa Beach is an hours drive) and the hustle and bustle of the big city, Florida has something for everyone, and our villa is the ideal base from which to explore.
