General information: A unique, spacious handsome terracotta coloured elevated villa with stunning sea views, converted 2 years ago into 4 exclusive holiday apartments. The owners live in one and the other three rental units(1 x one bed and 2 x two bed) are ideal for a multi - family holiday or perhaps different generations of the same family wishing to share one villa, but with a some degree of independence. The accommodation is always spotlessly presented. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac only 10 minutes drive from the nearest golf course as well as the delightful old town of Estepona, founded 500 years ago. Marbella, Gibraltar and Puerto Banus are not far away. The gorgeous colourful Port of Estepona is 5 mins drive away. There are terrific sea, garden and pool views from most rooms. Each apartment has a private terrace with direct access. The house is set in a half acre garden with 8 metre pool (soon to be heated), table tennis & dartboard.

Lounge: Each living / dining room has 2 x two-seat sofas; dining table with 4 chairs, a selection of books, entertainment centre with colour TV (BBC1; BBC2; ITV; Sky News) DVD player; radio / CD player / VCR. There is a good selection of CDs/Videocassettes/DVDs to borrow free of charge. Door to private terrace & central ceiling light / fan. This room opens onto the kitchen area.

Kitchen: All kitchens comprise a refrigerator / freezer; gas hob with electric oven; dishwasher; microwave; cupboards housing crockery, range of dishes and cookware. Toaster; kettle; coffee-maker etc. all in sparkling condition.

Bedroom(s): There are 5 good bedrooms. The largest has a Queen-sized double bed; the smallest has twin beds and the other three have zipped together King-sized beds that can be separated. Each bedroom has fitted hanging & shelved wardrobes, wall mirror, consul and chair together with a central ceiling light / fan.

Bathroom(s): The largest bedroom has a large (14ft x 10ft) bathroom with deep bath; twin basins; WC; bidet and large shower cubicle with 'dunk-head' shower. The others are shower rooms with walk-in shower cubicle; WC; wash basin and bidet. (Smallest has no bidet) By the pool is an external WC and basin. All rooms are fully tiled.

Estepona Villa location information
The 500 year old town of Estepona is situated with the Sierra Bermejas mountains behind and the sparkling Mediterranean in front. It is in an ideal holiday location, well known for its clean, sunny beaches, afternoons siestas and excellent choice of eateries and drinkeries. Estepona is a perfect place to avoid a Benidorm/Torremolinas/Fuengirola - style holiday and soak in the very Spanish atmosphere of this delightful old town. If you hire a car and enjoy exploring, try Marbella & Puerto Banus for expensive shopping & glamorous nightlife.

Its narrow streets, plazas and independent shops are a joy to explore and are just three miles away from the villa. There is a flower-strewn promenade leading from there to the colourful Port with yet more restaurants & tapas bars. Here, on every Sunday is a non-food market with inexpensive gifts and leather goods.

To the north of the town there is a larger market every Wednesday. The nearest beach is 12 minutes walk, but the best beach is a 5-minute drive away. Supermarkets are about an 8 minute drive away. Malaga Airport (85km) and Gibraltar (45km) are the nearest airports although Jerez is within easy reach. If you are a golfer, there are many professional golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the accommodation. How about the charming
