General information: A light, quiet 2 bed apartment flat condo in Villa Tranquilla, a substantial, beautifully kept mansion surrounded by a half-acre garden and pool (Heated Oct - Apr) with superb sea views. We also have table-tennis & darts. It was converted recently into four delightful individually furnished, unique apartments.

Lounge: This room is the main hub of the apartment. It has 2 x two seat sofas, drinks table, dining table with four wrought iron/wooden chairs, TV, VCR, DVD, CD/radio/cassette machine & selection of books. Choose from a free-to-borrow selection of over 300 films & CDs. The view over the pool towards the sea is gorgeous. The kitchen is open-planned to this room. Wi-fi is now available at 6e / week.

Kitchen: A well equipped modern area including a microwave; fridge/freezer, Bosch dishwasher, gas hob, oven, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster,juicer, etc. A range of cupboards houses a good quality selection of glassware, crockery, cooking utensils and other kitchen things. (A communal washing machine is in the garage)

Bedroom(s): Master bedroom is about 14ft x 10ft. The bed is a King-sized double, but can be separated into two decent single beds if required. Two very large double wardrobes (hanging & shelving) and a consul with wall mirror and seat. Large sliding picture window to terrace. Door to spacious fully tiled shower room with large walk-in shower unit, extractor fan, W.C., bidet & wash basin.

Fully tiled walls & floor. Second bedroom has twin beds. It is a smaller room than the master, but still has a double wardrobe, consul with wall mirror and seat, sliding window to terrace.

Bathroom(s): For master shower room description, see above. Second shower room is fully tiled. It comprises a smaller shower cubicle, W.C., extractor fan and wash basin.

Estepona Apartment location information
With the Sierra Bermejas mountains behind and the sparkling Mediterranean in front, Estepona is in an ideal holiday location. Well known for its clean, sunny, sandy beaches, afternoon siestas and excellent choice of eateries and drinkeries.

Estepona is a perfect place to avoid a Benidorm / Torremolinas / Fuengirola - style holiday and soak in the very Spanish atmosphere of this delightful 500 year old town. Its narrow streets, plazas and independent shops are a joy to explore and are just three miles away from the villa. There is a flower-strewn promenade leading from there to the colourful, bustling Port with yet more restaurants & tapas bars.

You can wander along the waterfront looking at the yachts and have a stroll along the harbour wall. In the summer, you can go on an organised deep sea fishing trip, or on a dolphin/whale excursion.

Here, on every dry Sunday is a non-food market with inexpensive gifts and leather goods. To the north of the town there is a larger general market every dry Wednesday. The nearest beach is 12 minutes walk, but the best beach-Playa del Cristo is a 5-minute drive. Supermarkets are about an 8 minutes drive.

Puerto Banus, Gibraltar & Marbella are only a short drive and worth exploring, especially if you like shopping!! Malaga Airport (85km) and Gibraltar (45km) are the nearest airports although Jerez is within easy reach. If you are a golfer, there are many professional golf courses within a 10-15 minutes drive of the accommodation.

Selwo Safari Park is on the outskirts of town, well worth a visit. The white villages of Casares, Gaucin and Manilva are nearby. For those who enjoy exploring and driving, Ronda and Malaga are 70 mins away and Cadiz; Seville; Cordoba; Granada are all around a 2 hour drive.
