General information: This beautifully maintained property is situated approx five streets from the beach front (approx 5min walk) and offers all amenties within walking distance. Boasting is own outdoor private pool and air conditioning throughout coupled with Satilite TV, this is a perfect choice for your holiday. Typically a very spanish area, La Horadada is surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches. The property can be accessed by either Alicante Airport which is 45min or Murcia Airport only 15min drive. Car hire is not essential with this rental as beaches/bars/restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance.

Lounge: Beautiful lounge area with feature stair case and marble floors. Tastefully decorated and extremely clean and very well maintained. It provides many home comforts including a UK T.V Satilite(ITV,BBC,Sky movies, Sky Sports etc)and a radio/cassette/CD Player. Plus the added bonus of an air conditioning unit. in each room. Dining 'alfresco' is accomodated by a front dining terrace where shade is provided, or should you wish to eat whilst the children swim then the rear dining terrace is perfect alternative

Kitchen: The kitchen is modern and provides all the utensils and equipment you would find in your own home. The owners have thought of everything you would need in this kitchen.

Bedroom(s): There are seven beds in the three bedrooms. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes, bedside lamps and units. Bedroom 1 & 2 are twin rooms. Bedroom three has a single bed and an adult sized bunk bed, sleeping 3 This room contains a Playstation console and is ideal for children. All the bedrooms in this property have an air-con unit, which is a luxury in this hot country. In addition portable fans for those of you who do not wish to use the air-conditioning. All bed linen is included.

Bathroom(s): The ground floor bathroom is perfectly situated between two bedrooms. Complete with bath and shower, sink, cabinets, shaving point. The first floor bathroom, although independant, serves as an on suite to the master bedroom.

The seaside village of Torre de la Horadada is totally surrounded by stunning beaches, headed by a large Torre (Tower). A resort favoured by the Spanish themselves, this atmospheric village with a palm tree lined promenade overlooks the picturesque Marina. All amenities including bars and restaurants are in walking distance with the supermarket only 2 mins up the road. You will find around this area Golf, Swimming, Go-Karting(15min drive), Jet Ski & Cycle Hire (perfect flat terrain), Sailing, Water Theme Park(25min drive). Something for everyone. Not forgetting the Markets, these are scatterred all around the area, you could visit one a day if you wished. With many local golf courses this area is extremley popular with golfers, plus La Manga is only 30min drive.
