General information: This luxurious villa is situated on the coast between the towns of Ell Campello and Villajoyosa. 15 mins from Alicante and 20 mins from Benidorm. It is a new build one off architect design which has been finished to a very high standard with marbled floors, air conditioning and heating system, luxury bathrooms, spacious rooms and top quality furnishings. The villa has sea views and is situated only a short walk away from the beach. Accessed by private remote control gates the villa is totally walled making it both private and secure. It has parking for several vehicles.

Lounge: Double french doors lead from the spacious hallway to the large living room which has marble tiled floor and a beautiful white marble fireplace. TV, DVD player, music system. Patio doors lead out onto the front terrace which overlooks the swimming pool.

Kitchen: Large dining kitchen with table and chairs to seat 8 people. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, large pantry, microwave etc. Doors lead out onto both front and rear terraces.

Bedroom(s): 4 double sized bedrooms, two have double beds and two have twin. The twin beds can be pushed together to make doubles. Two of the bedrooms have luxurious en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a private sun terrace approx. 36 ft long.

Bathroom(s): The Villa has three bathrooms,all spacious and appointed to a luxurios standard, 2 of which are en-suite and the other a large room with shower.

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its healthy climate and is reputed to have more days of sunshine than any other region in spain. The many local attractions include Terra Mittica, a disney type theme park, Aqualandia waterpark, Sea World, the ancient monks village of Guadalest, the bright lights of Benidorm, the cosmopolitan city of Alicante,caves, waterfalls,beautiful beaches etc. etc. The fantastic golf courses and leisure complex of Bonalba are only a short drive away. There is a railway station just a few minutes walk away from the villa and a bus stop very close by. Both give good access to major towns and cities.
