General information: This second floor, 2 bedroom The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the supermarket, local bars and restaurants, yet it is located in a quiet and peaceful area. Our apartment has a roof terrace with furniture, BBQ with privacy to sit in the wonderful Spanish sun. Sun all day long, with views of hills and sea in the background. An ideal place to relax after a long day shopping, drinking and walking on the beach. We also have a swimming pool if one wants to enjoy a swim and the sun or just relax by th pool.

Lounge: The Living room is a Fresh, and light room containing comfortable sofa, nice wall unit and full length mirror and shelves, very relaxing. We also have a table and chairs to dine in comfort in our modern, newly decorated lounge. To sit and entertain friends. We hav e nice patio doors open to the balcony, where one can relax and enjoy the sun with a drink and watch the world go by. the balcony has good sea view.

Kitchen: The apartment has a fully tiled kitchen,The kitchen has a fitted oven / hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and with all the necesary Pans, crockery and utensils you will need to rustle up a traditional dish for family and friends. You will not want for nothing in this beautifully decorated kitchen.

Bedroom(s): All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets and plenty of storage space. With matching curtains and cushions and bed linen, decorated with lovely relaxing scene photographs. Master Bedroom has a dresser and double bed and fitted wardrobes. The twin bedrooms comprise of one built in wardobe and furnished with martching exccesories.

Bathroom(s): We have two bathrooms one with a shower,Toilet, washbasin and the other bathroom with bath, bidet, WC, double wash basin, big massive mirror both bathrooms are Fully tiled. Newly decorated with floor tiles to make this room bright and airy. Our bathroom is the ideal location to unwind after a hard day walking on the beach and seeing the local attractions.

Renowned for its sunny beaches, sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine, Spain is also home to some dramatic mountain ranges, clean sandy beaches. The large bustling town of Torrevieja is just three miles away with hundreds of bars, restaurants etc, and a lovely seaside promenade with night time market. Alicante and Murcia airports are 30 miles and the nearest beach is within 10 minutes drive away. If you are a golfer, then they are many professional golf courses within a short walk or a 15 minutes drive from the accommodation, notably Villamartin, Las ramblas and Campoamar. The local water park, Torrevieja town and open markets are open every day during the Summer months. They are an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife on the saltlakes, and the area is the second healthiest place in the world mainly due to the saltlakes. One of the greatest tourist attractions of Torrevieja has always been its variety of entertainment for families and young people. There are more than a hundred night bars, the majority concentrated in the so-called El Baluarte area in the La Punta district, which have become a major attraction for thousands of people from all over the world.
