General information: This luxury villa is just a short distance from the town of Jalon, with its selection of craft shops, bars, wine cellars & restaurants. The villa is in a quiet and peaceful area located on a small development overlooking the town of Jalon.
Our villa has stunning views, a privately owned pool,large sun bathing area with a degree of privacy and adjoining terrace room and bathroom. It faces South so you can enjoy the sun all day long, with views of hills and mountains in the background.The attractive terraced gardens are fully landscaped. All of the rooms have ceiling and floor fans.
Please also note that we do not allow smoking or pets in our villa.
Lounge: The light and airy Living/dining room contains 2 comfortable three seater sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, Video and CD player. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs. (High chair available) Patio doors lead out to a private partially glazed balcony, with panoramic views towards the Bernia mountains and hills.
Kitchen: The Villa has a fully tiled kitchen with a fitted oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine
Bedroom(s): There are three bedrooms which comprise two doubles and one twin. (cot available) All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawer units and in addition have bedside cabinets.The master double bedroom(with king size bed)has large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bathroom(s): There is a spacious fully tiled main bathroom, with bath, shower,toilet and bidet. There is a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. Extra care should be taken with small children and the elderly, all floors are tiled or of marble.
