We are a short drive to a variety of Mediterranean Blue Flag award beaches, the towns of Guardamar del Segura, Torrevieja and 3 golf courses, including Villamartin. The large bustling town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away with hundreds of bars, restaurants etc, and a lovely seaside promenade with night time market.

Alicante and Murcia airports are 25 miles and the beach of Guardamar is a 10minute drive, but there are a wide selection of beaches within 15 minutes drive away.If you are a golfer, then there are a number of professional golf courses notably Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamar within a 15 minute drive from the apartment. The La Finca course which is rumoured to be used for the 2008 Spanish open is basically across the road.

The local water park, Torrevieja town and open markets are open every day.They are an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife on the saltlakes, and the area is the second healthiest place in the world mainly due to the saltlakes.

One of the greatest tourist attractions of Torrevieja has always been its variety of entertainment for young people. There are more than a hundred night bars, the majority concentrated in the so-called El Baluarte area in the La Punta district, which have become a major attraction for thousands of people from all over the world.

The cosmopolitan nature of Torrevieja's nightlife can be seen in its leisure areas: Casablanca, Bésame Mucho, Pata Palo, Tía Roqueta, Tirachinas, Iris Pub, La Cantina or Correcaminos, are just some examples of typical leisure places in the town.

During the day Torrevieja also offers a range of leisure and entertainment areas. As well as its beaches and numerous terraces along its maritime promenade, its great aquatic park (Aquópolis) is swarming with families, young people and children during the summer months.

It is impossible to talk about Torrevieja without talking about its beaches with their fine sand and crystal clear waters, without doubt the most frequented along the Mediterranean coast along with the town of Benidorm.
