General information: La Valle del Sole is a Holiday Farm in the hills of historic Tuscany, among meadows, woods and vineyards. It is situated in a rare beautiful place surrounded by the Appennines and the Apuane Alps.
Lunigiana, the northern side of Tuscany, is renowned for it's hundred castles and medieval villages.
Within a few kilometers you will find wonderful seaside resorts: Lerici, Tellaro, Portovenere, Le Cinque Terre, Genova, Versilia. The highway is very close and allows you to reach the most important Italian art towns: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena; while the impressive medieval villages of Lunigiana are in the closest vicinity.
La Valle del Sole is surrounded by a 2 hectare land: garden with gazebo and barbecue, deck chairs to take sun baths and panoramic view to Fornoli (medieval village of 13th century), orchard, vineyard and wood where can be observed roe-bucks, wild boars and squirrels.
In the vicinity streams and cascades form little beaches to take fresh baths.
Ideal base for excursions, trekking and mountain bike.
Many chances to play all sports in the neighbourhood. Sport centers, Riding, Swimming pools, shopping centers, railway are in 5 Km.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner and the main dishes of italian and tuscanian cuisine, prepared with passion by Szilvia Capannini, can be served also in a special, independent dining room.
We produce both red and white wine, fruits, vegetables, jams, in oil vegetables, eggs, chickens, turkeys, geese.
Lounge: The Living room is a fresh and light room containing comfortable Frau leather sofa, TV, fire place and independent entrance from the garden.
The furniture and the painting are country style.
Kitchen: Fully tiled kitchen, complete with all the accessories. Tastefully decorated to a high standard. All of the utensils and appliances require to rustle up the traditional Italian dishes.
In this the owner's wife, Szilvia, may help and offer advices on how to prepare, cook and serve them.
Bedroom(s): All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets and plenty of storage space. The three bedrooms are all double bed with wardrobes and extra bed facilities, the one on the ground floor has en-suite bathroom facilities and independent entrance from the garden.
The furniture and painting are country style.
Bathroom(s): Fully tiled bathrooms, with shower and toilet, with Bidet.
Hair dryer. Taste fully decorated and ideal place to relax after a hectic day sight-seeing.
