General information: Our Villa is a semi-detached 2 bedroom villa on a privately owned complex consisting of villa's and apartments, situated in the small town of Arpora, approx 5 minutes away from Baga & Calangute. The villa has a small porch on the front and both bedrooms have their own balconies, the villa is set within landscaped gardens and has a communal pool for guests use. The villa is a short walk from the local shops and supermarkets and there are a handful of bars and restaurants within Arpora. Club Cabana nightclub is located in the hills of Arpora. Baga & Calangute have many more bars & restaurants, and two nightclubs are located at Baga.

Lounge: The living room is a bright room boasting a big bay window and containing two comfortable 2 seater leather sofa's, coffee table, TV, dvd player and cd stereo system. There is a ceiling fan in the living room.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a four ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Crockery and cutlery are also provided. There is a cane dining table and chairs for dining at and a cane 3 piece suite for lounging on. Ceiling fans are in the kitchen and dining area.

Bedroom(s): The two bedrooms are located on the first floor of our villa, one bedroom is a double and the other is a twin bedroom. The 1st bedroom is at the top of the stairs and has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, bedside lamps, air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan. The double bedroom balcony looks out onto the complex and other villa's. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinets, table lamps, air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan. The twin bedroom balcony looks out onto other properties that are surrounded by beautiful flowering bushes and coconut trees.

Bathroom(s): The villa has two bathrooms both fully tiled with non slip floor tiles, one is located on the ground floor next to the living room and the other bathroom is located on the first floor next to the twin bedroom. Both bathrooms have shower, wc, health faucet and sink with vanity mirror.

Goa is well known for its fine beaches and unhurried life style, being India's most popular holiday destination, boasting a character quite distinct to anywhere else in India. Goa offers a wide range of cuisines, music and customs as well as fantastic beaches and such friendly people, making it an ideal place for a holiday to remember.

The small, but bustling village of Arpora is just a 5 minute taxi ride or a 20 minute walk to Baga, Arpora's busier neighbour, that has hundreds of bars, restaurants, nightclubs etc. Dabolim airport is a 45minute taxi ride away and the nearest beach is a 5 minute taxi ride/20 minute walk away. A taxi transfer from the airport can be arranged, please enquire when booking. Goa has many sights to offer from the 600km Dudshagar waterfalls, which monkeys frequent to the spice plantations or churches and temples that can be looked around. The are several markets around by, Anjuna flea market is on Wednesday's and well worth a browse and 2 saturday night markets are open during the season, as well as a market in Mapusa.

Additional booking information

Cleaning/maid service/towels: linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided. Maid service is 3 times a week - cleaning of villa only, guests laundry service is not included as part of the maid service. Linen and towels changed weekly. G
